실장님들은 엄청 친절하고 설명도 잘 해주는 편임
원장님은 바쁘셔서 그런건지 원래 그런건지는 모르겠지만 최대한 빠르게 상담 끝내려는 느낌이 강하게 들었고 자연스러운 느낌을 가장 중요시하는 것 같았음 원장님은 상담 대충 해주시고 나머지는 실장님이 다 설명해줌

처음 들어가자마자 이름도 안물어보고 데스크에 있는 직원 한 분이 다른 고객과 이야기 하는데 내쪽은 쳐다도 안봐서 한 5~10분 이상 데스크 앞에서 서있었음
서있는데 쳐다도 안보고 한마디도 안걸고 계속 세워두는게 짜증이 좀 나길래 직원 없나요? 라고 물어보니 그제서야 어쩔 수 없다는 듯 이름 물어봄
심지어 고객이 많지도 않았음(대기자 3,4명 정도)

병원이 크진 않아요 딱 개인병원에 알맞게 되어있고 저 갔을땐 대기가 살짝 있었어요 엄청 오래 기다린건 아니고 한 20분?정도 기다렸던거같고 먼저 실장님하고 상담할때 재수술이라 ct 찍는 걸 권해주셨고 저도 좀 더 확실하게 하고 싶어서 추가금 내고 찍었어요~ 상담은 세세하게 잘 봐주셨고 설명도 잘 해주셨어요 아무래도 재수술을 하려는게 모양이 좀 마음에 안들어서 다시 하려는거라 그런 쪽으로 말씀드렸는데 제 의견을 최대한 반영해주시되 조금이라도 위험 부담이 있다 싶은건 안된다고 하시더라구요~~ 코를 오래 봐오셔서 그런지 코에 대해서 상당히 자신감 있으신 편인거같고 안전주의자신거같더라구요 그리고 여기는 cctv 공개가능하다고 하네요
