I usually felt sorry for my low nose bridge and small nose, so while I was selling my hands, I saw the Kozelco surgery procedure on YouTube and wanted to have this, so I applied for a consultation at B&Young Clinic.
She was timid and never wanted to put silicone in it, so I liked the fact that the Kozel nose is a cartilage-based surgery.
At the first consultation, I took a picture and consulted with the director, but it was a very low nose bridge, so he recommended that I use silicone or costal cartilage to build my nose and ear cartilage for the tip of my nose. I never wanted silicone, so I decided on autologous rib cartilage.
When I was selling my handicrafts, it wasn't often that I used autologous rib cartilage for my first surgery, and there weren't many reviews, so I was actually worried. I think the reason for not using autologous ribs for the first surgery is because of the danger of sedation + general anesthesia, but the director said that autologous ribs can be performed with only sedation. I really liked it because it didn't require general anesthesia.
On the day of surgery, I only asked the director to make it as natural as possible, and I didn't talk about detailed requests such as a straight nose or a straight nose because I had no idea what would suit my face naturally. I totally followed the director's opinion.
Fortunately, I really liked the director's design, but looking back, I personally don't recommend it at this point, and I think it's important to think about at least one nose shape you want.
Afterwards, I talked a lot of nonsense at the same time as anesthesia, but I am grateful and sorry that the nurses in the operating room were so kind to me.
In the post-surgery recovery room, I definitely had a nose job, but my nose really didn't hurt at all, so even in the middle of the fun, I asked the guardian who came with me again if it was a nose job. To that extent, my nose really didn't hurt at all, and from the day of surgery, when I woke up after sleeping for about four days, when I coughed or sneezed, the place where the rib cartilage was harvested felt throbbing.
It's been 3 weeks since I had the surgery, and according to the director, the swelling has gone down by more than 90%. All stitches were removed a week after the surgery, and about 70% of the swelling went down in the 2nd week. I think the swelling between the eyebrows is the last thing to fall out...
I feel proud every time I see it, and I really like the side line, so I think it was a good thing..♡
