On February 1, 2024, I used the Lunar New Year holiday chance and did one type of outline at Ark!
Actually, you only need to write an event review for the other two plastic surgery apps, but
I wanted to brag about it because it was a huge success, so I volunteered to post a review.
I had been thinking about it for 15 years and was already 37 years old (Korean age) when I had the surgery.
I was debating whether to have surgery or not, but it was a good decision. I have no regrets.
Actually, I had placed a deposit at another hospital, but
after receiving consultation at Ark, I decided to have it done there right away.
The managers and director listened carefully to my concerns, and
I felt, “If I do it here, I will get the results I want.”
And on the third day, as I was working out my cravings, I looked at the clown line and said,
“Wow, you hit the jackpot!!!!!!!” 》I realized it instinctively. Haha,
that’s right. Reviews of other hospitals often
say that it is difficult to see the director after surgery,
but I saw him about four times after surgery.
Once in the recovery room immediately after surgery, once in the 1st, 2nd, and 4th weeks (CT scan).
While I was lying in the recovery room, they explained the surgery and told me it went well and not to worry. I really felt at ease.
Arc visits the hospital every week after surgery and also provides swelling management.
And during the 3rd week, the director was in surgery so I couldn't see him, and
every time I visited the hospital, he came by even briefly to check on my progress.
And remember each patient.
He remembered what I asked for during the consultation and what my condition was like.
After taking a CT photo at the 4th week, he explained the photo and said,
"During the consultation, Dr. Ye had these requests, right? The condition of my face was different at that time, so I performed the surgery like this."
I was really touched during the CT consultation at the last visit in the 4th week.. haha
Anyway, the status on the 37th day after surgery is:
There is still some swelling, and the swelling is at a plateau.
Still, this slight swelling makes my face look pretty because it adds volume to my face.
I still have some swelling in my temporalis muscle, but I can feel it continuing to go down as time goes by.
I can eat food comfortably and have not tried hard food yet.
As I focus on my life and look in the mirror less,
time flies by. I'll post a 6 month and 1 year review later!
