It’s been a while since I stopped by Seongyesa Temple to write a post!! I once had a revision surgery and left a review, but I thought I should leave one again haha. Now, almost no one knows that I had surgery. I just hear a lot of people say that my eyes are pretty!!!
Still, the best thing I did in my life
1. Diet
2. Diet
3. Diet
Really, my life was very difficult because I was severely obese and suffered from depression, but while dieting, I decided to have surgery on my eyes again (what was I doing before that? My life was ruined anyway, so I had this mindset) ), I think my perspective on people has also changed. To that extent, I think dieting... no, self-care, taking care of myself is really important. After changing, I became lovable and proud of myself, people around me began to see me, and I was able to maintain a stable psychology.
Well, some people assume that people who frequently get tattoos, piercings, or plastic surgery are unable to care for themselves and have low self-esteem, so they don't feel hurt or scared when they hurt themselves. But I don't think so. Tattoos, piercings, and plastic surgery are all done because I want to, so I ‘endure’ the pain. We just have an external utopia that we aim for. I hope you don't get swayed by the words of people who say you have low self-esteem because of that.
I've been going on and on for a long time, but it's already December, Seongyesa members! I'm already in my late 20s now - there may be older sisters and older brothers who think I'm still quite young, but I'm writing this because I want to give strength to my friends who are still like the sunshine of spring. Merry Christmas everyone!
