This is my 2nd week of nose tip bending osteotomy. I want to raise the tip of my nose a little, but I was scared of nose surgery using a columella incision, so I looked into it and found out about Kozelco, a closed surgery performed at ㅂㅇㅇ, and went for a consultation. The director recommended nose tip bending and nose cutting, so I had the surgery as is. I decided to get it (I was stressed because when I took the picture, the bridge of my nose looked spread out and the tip of my nose looked down). Perhaps because it was closed, there was no discomfort in breathing. I had an osteotomy and had to wear a splint and taping for a week. I tend to bruise easily, so there was no bruising. I had a lot of it around my eyes, but it took about 10 days for it to go down. The swelling has gone down 90% on my face, and the swelling on my nose is still half gone, so it doesn't seem to have gone down. The side lines have been sorted out, but the front view still has swelling, so the tip of my nose feels round. Still, I'm completely satisfied with my side view! I highly recommend it to people like me who are reluctant to have nose surgery because they are afraid of columella incision!!
