Today is the 5th day of contouring.
Until the 4th day of surgery, I looked up a lot of contour review vlogs, compared my condition with mine, and spent each day gaining comfort. On the
5th day, I met a friend for the first time, chatted, went for a drive, and it was so amazing that the swelling went down just because I used some facial muscles!!
This is almost my first time speaking after surgery. My gums hurt so much when I spoke or smiled, but now that my muscles have relaxed a bit, I really feel better.
The swelling is the worst on the 3rd to 4th day after surgery, and it goes down little by little after that. It's surprising that that's true hahaha.
For the swelling, go for a walk and move around. I think that's the real answer.
Also, the swelling varies from person to person, but I really can't ignore the doctor's skills. The
people who filmed the vlog said that the swelling and bruising were no joke. My friends who looked at the pictures from the second day of surgery said that it wasn't as swollen as expected, and my parents who live with me I don't even know if I had surgery. I just thought it was a bit swollen (I'm telling you it was a side effect of steroids; hahaha). The bruises on my face don't really look like anything, just a little yellow bruise?
I have to have the stitches removed and there is a long way to go, but I am excited to see that the swelling is going down now. You guys
who are contouring and recovering like me have worked hard. It's a pain you don't know unless you go through it, but
eat well, take good care of your immune system, remove the stitches in your mouth, and hurt your mouth. As soon as I get better, I can finish the liquid diet, so just hold on a little longer⭐️ I'm
eating porridge, new care, soup, and ice cream like this, but I'm sick of it^_^.. Experienced people, please recommend a liquid diet :)
