In fact, I always had a complex because I had a lot of fat and muscle in my thighs, but I exercised and got fat-dissolving injections, but they didn't have much effect. ㅠ.ㅠ That's why I finally decided to get liposuction! Since exercise and other methods didn't work, I had really high expectations for this surgery!!

When I first went to the hospital, the atmosphere was nice and it was spacious and clean, so I felt at ease☺️ The director in charge of me was really kind and really took care of me, so I felt a lot less anxious even though it was my first surgery. During the consultation, he explained in detail how to do the liposuction and what to watch out for during recovery, so I had confidence. Of course, I was nervous
on the day of the surgery, but the doctor and nurses made me feel comfortable, so I was able to have the surgery calmly. It may be different for everyone right after the surgery, but I had a lot of swelling and some pain. It was a little uncomfortable to walk, especially in the thigh area, but it wasn't bad enough to interfere with my daily life. Since walking is important, I tried to move slowly without overdoing it!
It’s been a little over a week since I had the surgery, and although there’s still some swelling, it’s gone down a lot more than before. I feel like my thigh line is getting smoother as the swelling goes down, and I’m satisfied!ㅎ In particular, walking a lot and doing L-shaped leg exercises really helped. I also drink a lot of water, and thanks to that, I feel like I’m recovering faster ㅎㅎ
I’m really looking forward to seeing the results once the swelling goes down more. This time, I think I’ve found a hospital that I really want to keep for myself.
