I've heard a lot about places where the manager forces a reservation fee after a consultation. What is a reservation fee? Do you have to do it? If you receive a consultation and go to another place without paying a deposit, and want to go to the place where you received the consultation and make an appointment for surgery, can you just call and make an appointment for the surgery?

It's a system where you make a reservation for the date you want and pay a certain amount. They charge 10% of the surgery cost, and even though it's 100,000 won, it's multi-dollar. They say it's okay if you ask for a little time to think, and they force you to do it, but I didn't have any.

There are many places where managers force you to make reservations by saying that you will get a bigger discount if you make a reservation on the day of the consultation. Don't worry about the discount amount and get as many consultations as possible.

When I was there, I had to make a reservation for the time I wanted on the date I wanted, and to do that, I had to deposit 100,000 won. If I cancel a week or so in advance, can I get a 100% refund? I think it was, but I guess it varies from hospital to hospital??? If you want to do it, check carefully. They say they don't want to refund you.
