I think again of the directors who have skills and confidence even if they do not force a deposit. The manager said that if a patient who said he didn't like it didn't pay the deposit, he would have to pay 14 million won for the surgery that was supposed to cost 11 million won. When I asked why, they said it was because there were many patients who went around the hospital and only asked about events, but had their surgeries done elsewhere. But... isn't that a natural right of patients? If we are competitive, we don't mind being compared to other hospitals. Rather, they told me to visit more hospitals and come back.. In the end, when I didn't pay the reservation deposit, they wrote 14 million won in large letters on the envelope and gave it to me. Looking at the waiting room, it looks like more than 70% of the patients are Chinese, so I guess they did a good job with overseas marketing.

There are a lot of hospitals like that these days... Consumer law is the highest law, so even if you pay, you can get 90% back up to 3 days before surgery, so don't worry.

No-shows are a problem, but this is completely unrelated, and asking for the price and then not coming back may seem irritating to the hospital, but that's something they have to bear. 예약금 강요 안하는 곳이 없더라,, 그나마 다 취소하시면 환불된다 해서 환불 다 쉽게 진행됐는데, ㄱㄹ... 심지어 안할거라는데도 강요도 심하고 취소하는데 카드 앞/뒷면 찍어서 보내라는건 진짜 개념없어서.. 나라에서 개인정보유출 위험때문에 절대 하지말라는 그 카드 사진찍어 보내기!!를 하라니!ㅋㅋㅋ 승인번호나 영수증만 있어도 다른 곳은 다 쉽게 됐는데 말이지.. 여러모로 참 별로였던 병원..
