Your nose looks really fat. If you look at the area between the eyebrows, it looks like the silicone went in too wide...
 I wanted to have a small, sharp nose with a pretty nose tip, even if it was a little low, but it seems like it didn't improve the shape of the nose and only made it taller.  
 (I didn't think a high nose would suit me, so I used Photoshop during the consultation. I tried it and appealed enough, but
 after the surgery, they said they used something 1mm higher than when I consulted)
 
It looked more like a box nose than before. The length looks longer and the nostrils are even... The
 side between the left eyebrows is higher and straighter than the right eyebrows, so the side profile is also different...
 And the silicone part seems to have a shiny sheen. Under the bathroom lights, the
number 11 sparkles.
 Is the silicone transparent?
The nose itself isn't that thin, but it looks very unnatural because the light just shines through it.
