The bridge of the nose is large and spreads a little to the side.
 I'm so stressed out about the tip of my nose. The only
 answer is surgery, but
 I can't decide
 whether to put a columellar support and bring the tip of my nose together,
 or just tie the tip cartilage.
 Since the support is open and the surgery seems to be enlarging
 (the cartilage must be manipulated through the ears or septum, and inflammation or contracture is scary),
 I would like to tie only the cartilage
 even if only the tip of the nose is brought together (slightly?).
 Has anyone seen the effect??
