 joint mouth, but this person's mouth has been completely corrected...

Simply. I'm curious as to whether orthodontic treatment was done again, or if the double jaw or contouring was done.
 
For those of you who have had the double jaw or contoured jaw done, when you look at people's faces, don't you get the feeling that they did it or didn't do it?
 What do you think when you see it? It’s really stressful and I want to get it corrected too.
