I have a question about revision rhinoplasty (+ deviated septum)!

The nostrils are misaligned and the nasal septum is severely deviated, making it
 uncomfortable, and the tip of the nose appears to be slightly lowered.

Even though the surgery is for functional issues,
 since the nose is in the center of the face...
 I'm too anxious to have the surgery at Ibin's Laryngology Clinic.
 
I'm thinking of functional + cosmetic surgery.

If I just go to a plastic surgery rhinoplasty (beauty/event), will they correct the deviated septum and perform the surgery?
Or is revision surgery just for the bridge of the nose, the tip of the nose, and the shape of the nose?

As I was trying to kill two birds with one stone - function and beauty - and hoping that this would be my last surgery,
 the choice of hospitals was limited and it was difficult to find one.

And if you have surgery for a deviated septum,
 is it true that unless you hit something, it won't bend again?
