 They cut the cheekbone from the outside and push it in without looking at the bone, and then they just close it. But what I'm curious about is how they push it in. After cutting the bone, do they push it in with hand pressure and suture the incision to complete the surgery? I think it is a bit contradictory that the hospital said that if the bone moves under that much pressure, there is no need to worry about nonunion because the periosteum is not separated.
 If it is pushed in by a few millimeters with external pressure, isn't there a high probability that it will return to its original position without fixing it?
 Even if the fusion is good after pushing and suturing, I am worried that the margin of error when pushing is too large.
