 have to use costal cartilage, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, terminal cartilage, etc.

 is because the rate of problems after the surgery due to calcification or incompatibility is high, so he only uses his own ribs. And
 
after hearing that, he discarded the donated ribs right away,
 referring to the calcification . Depending on the level of glamour you want, that is, the height of the nose tip, you can cover 2-3mm with ear and septal cartilage. To
 raise it a little more, you have to scrape off the septum or costal cartilage for more than 3mm.
 
I'm even looking at terminal cartilage these days because I'm interested in it... I don't want to peel off my own ribs;;
