6 months after protruding mouth surgery

It has already been 6 months since the surgery for the protruding lip. Next week, except for the braces, only the increased pharyngeal reduction surgery is left. For 39 years, my mouth was protruding, but after consulting, I was told that only the maxilla was protruding huh... I took the surgery day without thinking and started with mandibular line correction in March of last year. I feel like my slender face looks long like a cucumber.
