Don't people who have orthodontic treatment lose cheek fat? I'm really worried about the cheek dents ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I had a total of 4 molars extracted, one on the top, bottom, left, and right. I haven't had braces yet, so I'm not sure about my teeth... but it's been a year since I got braces. But I've lost all the fat on my cheeks, so it's really ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I feel like I'm 5 years older because I've become a skeleton, and I'm so hopeless... Why is this happening? ㅠㅠ I don't know if it's the dentist that's weird, or if I'm weird, or if it's all like that when a tooth is extracted. But I'm stressed ㅜㅜㅜ
