<3 months><3 months><1 month><2 weeks>-Swelling: It swells significantly from day 1 compared to the day of surgery. The swelling went down faster than expected, but the swelling still went away for 7 days. I continued to feel hot, so I had to apply cold packs in the beginning. I did two at a time,
and at night, I kept walking for 1-2 hours. In fact, I was embarrassed to go out during the day hahaha.
I still walk a lot to manage the swelling!!!!! I think it became a habit.
The major swelling went down for about 2 weeks, but after that it was a little bumpy for the first month? The swelling goes down unevenly. The underside of the chin also feels a bit like a pelican hahahahahahahahahahahaha. They say the chin is like that to begin with. Still, I wore a mask... so it was okay
- Taenggimi: I continued to wear it for up to a month. What does your face look like when you do it!?!?!?!? Has it gotten smaller!? I tried it hahahaha. It didn't get any smaller. It's the same. It's a trick haha.
If you're frustrated and want to get rid of it... It hurts. Does it feel like it hurts because there is nothing to hold it?
Later on, it becomes a habit to do it. And let it go for a little while. I think I'll buy it then (this is from about 2 weeks)
- Meals: At first, I couldn't open my mouth, so I barely put in a teaspoon and mostly drank it
. I had a lot of beef bone broth in the beginning... It's annoying. I don't want to do it because it hurts, and it's even more annoying because I can't open my mouth. I can't even feel it. You won't know if you spill it... It's funny when I think about it now.
When I was hungry, I would cut the castella into small pieces and stuff it in my mouth. I can't even squeeze it in. I can't open my mouth.
I lost 5 kilos because I couldn't eat and just walked . This is a bargain hahaha I think the chin surgery was a godsend hahahaha
- Mouth opening practice: People say I have to practice mouth opening separately and that I don't have to do it, but I did it. Because I have to eat and live. 1 finger? At first, it didn't work ㅠㅠㅠ I saw somewhere that I could do it with a wood stick, so I practiced opening my mouth by increasing the number by 1-2 times a day. This is easy to say, but even though it is thin, it is not easy to increase it by 1-2 more. Afterwards, it opens up and it is so good haha.
It just keeps going! I need to practice opening it like this. If I try to open it while still, it doesn't work well. And it's so stiff that I crave it.
I'm going from 3 to 4 months, and now my lines are really thin and my face has gotten smaller!
I was told that the 3rd month after the chin surgery was the prettiest. My cheeks seemed to have gained some fat, but I really liked it.
I thought about it for years, but when I actually lay down on the operating table, I wanted to run away. I fell asleep thinking, “Do I really need to do this before the surgery?” LOL The surgery is over. LOL In
conclusion, it was a good decision. LOL.
