I had square jaw surgery because I was worried about my square jaw sticking out when I tilted my head to the side. They said
I didn't need to, but I kept looking up information about plastic surgery while I was at work or lying down on my phone.
So, if we don't want to waste time like that, let's just get surgery! So I had the surgery.
I had deep cheek muscle removal, cortical bone, and only the square jaw angle, not the tip of the chin.
Anyway, I was very scared because the surgery involved cutting the bone with a saw, so I looked around a lot, but
I got the surgery at a place that didn't recommend surgery much and consulted in good faith. It was
a real doctor. I had several consultations with this person for about an hour
. In the end, I had surgery.
It was absolute hell for two weeks after the surgery. I ate only porridge soup all the time, so I lost weight, felt stuffy, and
my face was sore and itchy. It was really painful. Seeing my swollen face was so painful. I was angry at my face because it was unfair.
I couldn't meet people and stayed at home, so I felt guilty towards my parents and felt like the man was being mean to me. I spent a lot of time alone.
But time passed. It's already been about 45 days, and the swelling has gone down a lot. I eat everything I eat.
I chew pork belly and kimchi without any problems. I also exercise vigorously without any problems.
When I meet people after a long time, they don't even know I had the surgery until I tell them. My friends say it came naturally.
Now that time has passed, I am satisfied with the results of the surgery. However, the recovery period after the surgery was really painful.
Tips for swelling:
To quickly reduce the swelling, I walked for an hour every day
starting two days after the surgery, started jogging about a week later, and started working out three weeks later
until a month after the surgery. I took three different medicines: Panosin, Bruna, and Inflix
. Wow, this is the first time I've taken so many medicines in my life. It's my first time getting plastic surgery, so I don't know the difference in swelling between taking the medicine and not taking it, but
I think it's still effective (actually) Absolutely wrong haha;;)
To conclude, I think it is more important than anything else to get rid of swelling quickly!
