12 years of facial contouring.. These symptoms..

I had a clown chin. I did it in 2005, so it's been 12 years. I  had a big problem with yawning because I couldn't open my mouth well.. Even when I yawned, I didn't feel cool.  About the meeting point? Is there a part that sticks out when you chew it?  There was a ticking sound in that part, and a few days ago, I opened my mouth to eat, and the place was very painful. I'm dying because I'm worried.
