It's been about 2 weeks since I had the surgery, and
the picture above was taken when I went to the hospital for a check-up last Wednesday
. When I took the picture with my iPhone 14 Pro, it was enlarged, but it's a little disappointing?
I was going to finish it off by filling it in with filler, but when I compare the before and after like this,
it's enlarged a lot.
I think I'll look into getting botox around the corners of my mouth, so I'm looking into it now.
Yesterday was a little cold, but today is so hot that I can't go for a walk.
When I first woke up in the morning, there was a little swelling, so I don't think I need to force myself to go for a walk here and there to reduce the swelling.
That's right haha I was also worried about getting a scar, but I heard that lip enlargement involves making an incision in the mucous membrane of the lips or in the lips themselves. I
think they said the recovery period would be 1 week and you can return to normal daily life, but that seems like a standard treatment at the hospital haha 2 weeks. After a while, it seemed like there was no problem with eating, drinking and washing my face, so I decided to wait for 2 weeks and
had it done at Mano Plastic Surgery Clinic, where Dr. Tae-kwang Jeong was the doctor.
I was told that the incision would be made on the lip itself, not on the skin. All I could think of was pulling it forward and suturing it. Of course, I'm not sure about the details. I think it would be quicker to ask the hospital.
