I had double eyelids, but when my eyes swelled, they would go away, and I always had to strain my eyes to open them or apply mascara, but maintaining my double eyelids was very stressful for several years, so I decided to get double eyelids while I was on leave from school. I decided.
I live in a rural area, so there were no places holding events and there were no reviews on plastic surgery apps, so I decided to go to Seoul and get it done.
I was looking for a place that held events on plastic surgery apps such as ㅂㅂㅌ, ㄱㄴㅁㅇ, etc., and there was a place that was cheap and had good reviews, so I read all the reviews and even the reviews of Seongyesa, and it was so good that I immediately applied for a consultation.
I consulted through KakaoTalk first, and the person giving me the advice was very kind, and it was good that he clearly told me that what was not possible was not possible and did not induce me to do this or that. ᐟ
And more than anything, I live in a rural area, so I was looking for a place where I could have surgery right away after the same-day consultation, as the transportation cost and time to go back and forth was not that great, but they said they could, so I just had a consultation on KakaoTalk and paid the deposit to make a reservation.
Until the day I went to Seoul for surgery, the price was so cheap that I went with half doubt and half excitement, but after consulting with the doctor, I became confident that it would be okay to have it done here.
When I was consulting with the director, he asked me what line I wanted, showed him a picture, and told him I wanted to do it in-out, so he drew the line several times until I got a line I liked.ᐟ
Also, I originally wanted to do a back flap rather than a front flap, but you explained in detail why that wasn't possible and the benefits of having a front flap, so I just trusted the doctor and decided to get a front flap.
During the consultation, I was told that my ability to open my eyes was fine so I would not need eye correction, and I was glad that they did not recommend this or that haha.
After the consultation, I made a design and went into the operating room, but suddenly I was so nervous and scared that I whined that I was scared of anesthesia, but the nurses were so kind and reassured me that it was okay, so I think I was able to do it well.
I was scared because of the anesthetic injection, but they put me to sleep for about 5 minutes with sedative anesthesia and gave me a local anesthetic injection, so there was no pain at all. I told you that it felt like a tingling sensation in the middle, so they gave me more injections and it didn't hurt at all. ᐟ.ᐟ
When I mentioned some inconveniences during the surgery, the nurses kindly resolved them, so I was able to get it done and come out comfortably.
After the surgery, everyone in the recovery room was so kind, and more than anything, the director came in and said it went well and told me how to manage it. He was so kind that I was touched by myself even though I was in a dazed state due to anesthesia.
It's been about 2 weeks since the surgery, and the swelling wasn't that bad on the day of the surgery in the first place, and it's still noticeable now, but I'm really happy that the swelling has almost completely gone and the lines look as good as I wanted. ෆ⸒⸒
And I was very worried about the appearance of epicanthoplasty scars, but the scars were not as reduced as I thought and they were not as red, so I think it was barely noticeable.ᐟ
My double eyelids were always loose, so my eyebrows looked saggy and my pupils were less visible, but now my eyes are completely clear, and more than anything, I'm so amazed and happy that I still have double eyelids when I wake up in the morning, haha.
I tried to write it in detail, so it got long, but I hope that those of you who are struggling with duality will read my post and find it helpful ha_ha
