Decision to have surgery: I don’t have facial fat to begin with. In addition, I have had fat and dark circles under my eyes since 4-5 years ago.
Anyway, since I started having eye bags 4-5 years ago, I've suddenly heard a lot of people say that I look a lot older in the past few years.
Compared to my girlfriend, I looked much older and I looked much older than before, so my self-esteem was low, so

I got hit a lot by people at work and other places as I was growing up, and I got sick because of that, so my expression is dark and sharp.
I decided to have surgery because I wanted to become brighter.
It's so depressing to see this happen again. Okay, ok, ok, I need to cheer up.
Choosing a hospital: Choosing based on reviews and acquaintances' surgery reviews. Rather than looking around, I just went to the first place I thought of, got a consultation, and made a plan for surgery.
The manager is strict, and the nurses and doctors are kind.
Surgery: When I first got on the operating table, I was very nervous and scared. The doctor treated me well before going to the surgery, and the nurses were also kind.
After surgery: Relieve swelling and recuperate. The swelling lasted about a week.
Progress: The progress was good, with the swelling almost subsiding just 15 days after the surgery. The darkness disappeared and the tired-looking eyes disappeared, so I felt satisfied with myself, and I was very grateful that someone I met at that time told me that my person suddenly became brighter. It's so nice to suddenly hear a compliment and your tired face disappear. I also get to smile at my girlfriend a lot. I wonder if I had this side too... But after 20 days, while I was feeling relieved, wrinkles suddenly formed under my eyes in a strange way, and he said that the scar was in the process of healing. I'm still waiting for this wrinkle and it seems to be getting better little by little. At first, it was good because the dark circles disappeared and the eye bags under my eyes disappeared after the surgery... However, the eye bags that had disappeared like before came back. It really makes me cry.
What should I do? It's been about 100 days and suddenly something like this happens in just 1 week. Does this seem like a failure? (I've been feeling this way since the beginning of this month.)
Why is my body like this? I also want to live a bright and smiling life.
I thought I should ask the doctor and find out exactly about my condition before opening the hospital, so I kept it private for now.
If the teacher explains that this may get better over time, I think I will have to wait.

PS - If you have the same experience as me, you will suddenly feel heavy around the area around your eyes and you will feel an inexplicable tired feeling around your eyes.
In that case, I think it might be a good idea to go to the hospital quickly or give them a massage with something warm. It won't last any longer.
