I'm double-handed and the swelling of my eyelids...is it going to go away?

I just had an incision and fat removal, and my eyes are usually a bit thick, but after the surgery, they are still thick and there are only lines, so they cast shadows and my eyes look weird, like toads. I didn't have a complex about my appearance before, but I was afraid I would have one . Hey.. It’s only been 10 days, but my intuition tells me that this is unlikely to be swelling.. Will it improve if I have a second surgery? They say it's like this originally, but people with the same type of eyes as me ㅜㅜㅜㅡ were much better before it was done. Is it really too late to loosen double eyelids?
