I had it done with a water drop. My rib cage is small at 255cc, so my weight was supposed to be 275 before the surgery, but they said they lowered it to a convex upper chest. I wear a 75c now. After waking up from anesthesia, my speed was shaky and I felt like I got hit by a car. lol. I guess general anesthesia didn't suit me because my stamina declined for about 2 years. And the smooth and the feel were much different than I thought, so I thought about getting another surgery for about a year. But I often hear that the smooth is noticeable when you lie down anyway, and it's hard to tell when you're sitting or standing. So I've given up and am living with it for now. I think they do a better job of designing than other hospitals, and the shape came out really pretty. Since there are so many people, you have to wait in separate rooms for a few people at a time, and the director makes rounds. lol. If I had to do it again, I think I'd get a smooth one. I didn't put much emphasis on it before the surgery, but as I live, I can't ignore the feel. I think the feel is more important than the shape..^^ I hope you all succeed~!
