Day 0~Day 2.
Even before the surgery, the doctor assured me that there would be almost no pain and that recovery would be quick.
As predicted(?), there was almost no pain, and other than the occasional tingling sensation when getting up from lying down, there were no problems with daily life!
The pain is greater than the pain..
A day or two after surgery, go to the hospital, tear off the tape, and wear a correction bra + upper band!
Day3~Day7.
During this period, I just had to take the prescribed antibiotics and painkillers every morning and evening and go about my daily life, but since I had no pain, there was nothing worth recording.
The characteristic is that there is no feeling in the lower half of the chest horizontally. Does it feel like you’ve had local anesthesia?
I continue to feel a tingling sensation in my nipples, but they say this is a good sign that the sensation is recovering, so let's think as positively as possible!
And if I had to pick the most uncomfortable thing, I would say indigestion.
I don't know if the bloating in my stomach is an aftereffect of the surgery or because of the shaper bra + upper band... but the indigestion and bloating seem to have lasted for about a week or more!
There was no problem going to work and working, but I couldn't use public transportation because it was crowded with people like hell! (Rationalization of taxi use
Management??)
1. At Dite, they provide hyperbaric oxygen treatment, and it feels like you're a national team player. Once inside the capsule, you just travel into space. It felt good.. But they say this is an expensive piece of equipment that is incredibly good for cell regeneration after surgery. It's a bit cold, so be sure to ask for a blanket!
2. Capsule + Smartlux: Anyone who has searched for breast augmentation has probably heard of this at least once. It is said to be a treatment that manages texture and swelling. I think I get it every 7 days for at least a month.
3. Every time I go, Director Lee Jun-wook checks my condition even briefly. He tells me to tell him anything I have questions about or felt uncomfortable about during the week. I think this is the biggest advantage over expensive equipment. It's good to receive treatment management through equipment, but I think it's best to have the director personally look at it (I'll say it again! If you ask the director if you feel uncomfortable or have any questions, your brain will freeze for a moment, so let's write it down at the time..^^)
