Review of arm liposuction 4 years ago

I have to go to the next level, so I am leaving a review of liposuction from 4 years ago... I got it done at Daejeon ㅁㄷㄹㅇ. I had 360-degree arm augmentation, collarbone, wing line, and floatation. First of all, the conclusion is that I am still satisfied with the surgery. It was good that the director did the surgery himself, and even after a year. They told me to come in for treatment, and the consultation, price, and follow-up care were all good. However, the downside is that there are some sagging skin and bumps. I have some scars , but I have a lot of fat on my arms, so even if I ignore all that, it's too much.. I wear them even when I don't wear a tank top. Compared to then, the fat under my arms sticks out a little more, so when I look at it from the side, my forearms are thicker because I've gained weight. But when I look at them from the front, they're still thick. The line is the same. I don't regret having the surgery, but I'm not confident I'll do it again. The recovery from the surgery was slow, and I fainted twice after the surgery...
