I lived my whole life with my inner thighs stuck together (even when I lost 48kg, they were still stuck...), and I
suddenly gained 10kg and tried to quit eating PT for a month, but I didn't lose the weight and only developed bulimia.
I didn't hesitate and just made an appointment right away and had the surgery.
I think I saw the doctor for almost 3 minutes and talked about various things with the manager.
He said it was harder than I thought and that bone legs wouldn't work.
He said he would like to have a gap more than horseback riding or forequarters.
They told me not to remove the back of the thighs because it could cause the buttocks to sag.
After the surgery, there was no porridge or anything like that. They gave me a glass of warm water and a nurse(?) came and put me in a compression garment. I went to the pharmacy and got some painkillers.
If you look at reviews of diaphragm, there are people who go to work the very next day, but
I am in so much pain that I wonder if the surgery was wrong.
Dressing was scary and I regretted it in many ways.
I walked around like a zombie for two weeks, but after that I was able to walk more like a human.
If you spent money on smoking, you need to go on a diet, but people don't change easily..^^ I eat worse than before.. So
⭐️My weight is the same as before I started smoking, or I've gained weight haha⭐️
But I still have some gaps ^^ In other people's eyes, my legs are thick. But I liked it so much that I bought a boot cut and tried it on for the first time in my life.
To be honest, I don't like it, but what can I do about what I've wasted? Haha,
if I go on a diet at the same time, I'll lose it even more.
