It's been about 3 months now and it's much thinner!! Especially the forearm became a bone arm!!
The swelling was nice, but it went away!! I was very relieved of the bruises. There are no bumps or anything like that!! Especially the forearms are really soft!!
I don't have any regrets and I'm currently 58kg, but I'll look at 50kg!! I highly recommend it.
Next time, I'll bring it to the 3rd week / current review!!
