The first cosmetic surgery I underwent when I was over 40 was liposuction/transplantation. Rather than wanting to do liposuction, I had liposuction for the purpose of fat grafting because my face is shaped like a skeleton, but the most important thing is to do it well the first time. There aren't many hospitals that want to correct dialysis due to faulty breathing, and if they do, they charge a fee. It's a pit, but it's very rough and you have to repeat the transplant several times to smooth it out, and no matter how well you do it, it doesn't turn out the way it was originally. When I look at the pictures I took before I started breathing, I really regret it. My body used to be very firm (I have a stocky physique that works out a lot) and was smooth and plump, but now I have dents and blemishes here and there. It's not so bad that I can't look at it, but my body and skin don't look pretty to anyone. There is also a lot of pigmentation here and there. Not to mention the money. I just think it would have been better to just live as a skeleton statue. Liposuction is not easy to achieve. It may seem easy because all plastic surgeons do it, but it is definitely not.

That's right, it's a pitting phenomenon ㅠㅠ I guess I'll have to do multiple transplants..?ㅜㅜ

[@Jordi Joa] The reason a depression appears after liposuction is because too much fat was removed from that area, so there is basically no fat there. If there is no fat and the skin is adjacent to or is almost like that, there is no base to graft the fat onto. If you transplant fat on top of some fat, the newly transplanted fat will attach to the existing fat and engraft. However, if there is no fat or very little fat, engraftment will not work properly, so if you are lucky, 10% will engraft on the first transplant. 20% engraftment can be achieved after the first transplanted fat has completely engrafted and settled down. And the third is 30%... You have to gradually build up the fat layer in this way. Therefore, you have to take a long time and be patient. Once you lose, it's really hard.

That's the scariest thing... I also laugh here and there because of that...

Do you remember roughly the amount extracted from each part when inhaled??

When I first did the fat grafting, it was 900cc on both thighs at 360 degrees, and 500cc on the abdomen + sides + back + love handles, and from then on, all the fat was depleted, so I added about 30cc here and there whenever necessary... It's just a dent, but it's very painful. I can only remove it enough to retract my lips a little.

ㅠㅠI'm thinking a lot... Did you initially choose a high-capacity hospital??

I don't think it was a particularly large-capacity hospital (now the hospital is gone...) Now that I think about it, I don't think that 1400cc was pure fat. After adding a little bit to the upper chest and applying it to the full face, you can see that there was no fat left at all. The breasts aren't even breasts, but the ribs between the collarbone and the breasts are too thin, so they're just covered up.
