I was waiting for the swelling to go down quickly after the surgery, but I was wondering why time passes so slowly. It's only been a month haha. I wrote a little review a few days after the surgery, but I happily took a picture to commemorate the month!
First of all, the first pre-surgery photo! (4 photos)
Since last year, I have felt that the elasticity in my upper arms has completely disappeared, and when I saw the photo of me wearing a light blue dress, I felt very serious. I decided to do something... (I was 163cm tall and weighed 53-54kg) So, after receiving fat-dissolving injections and lifting procedures twice, I took a picture of a light purple dress! It feels like the sagging has gone up a bit, but my forearms are still strong...
After that, due to Corona, I lost 4 kilos and my weight came down to 50 kg, but why are my forearms the same?? The bottoms I was wearing were all too baggy and it was killing me, but look how tight the short sleeves were... Even the day before surgery, I still had a lot of fat on my arms... (last striped dress photo)
I was so scared that I couldn't even dream of surgery. Should I go to the hospital with a friend and get a consultation? I went to Giraffe at Gangnam Station with a light heart. However, I don't recommend surgery because it's too much, and if I'm going to have surgery, I only need to do it on the forearm. However, due to the problem of elasticity rather than fat, it would be difficult to have straight
arms or the popular bone arm line, so I decided to have the surgery as if I was fascinated by the realistic consultation.
, I only did the forearms and the results were!! Very satisfied!! In fact, when I just woke up from anesthesia on the day of the surgery, I couldn't see my arm, where the skin had been cut off right before I put on the compression garment, because it had swollen since the day after. It wasn't very swollen, but it didn't mean it wasn't swollen. Even though it was swollen, my arm was better than before the surgery. Thin! I think some people have severe pain, but I felt fine enough that I was able to do the hurrah pose without difficulty. Of course, the bruise is just yellow?
But I guess I can't avoid Biobond... ㅜㅠ It's been a week since the stitches were removed, and my muscles suddenly felt stiff... Still, I deliberately kept stretching and bought a home high-frequency massager and used it every day, and the big biobond seemed to disappear quickly?!?!
But should we say that a deep bio-bond was created? It was uncomfortable and I had an impatient personality, so I went to get a manual massage once a week to recover quickly. I went there during the 3rd week, and the massage director talked to me like this and said that if I can receive a manual massage, I'm in very good condition. When there was little fat, they overextracted it, which caused severe adhesions and slow recovery, but he said it seemed like I had a good surgery.
After the surgery, the director checked my progress once every two weeks and once a month. He looked at me carefully, let me know what I was curious about, and even explained the reason for things that I didn't think were important~ (Parts like bumps or scars due to the bone?) The progress was good and the recovery was going smoothly, so it won't be long before the next time. I decided to see you later haha.
So here are the results, one month after the surgery! I'm very satisfied haha The recovery was faster than I expected and I like the lines!! (I think a lot of credit goes to the doctor who did this surgery appropriately and without overdoing it, right?? haha) If I had known it would be like this, I would have done it in my 20s, or even in my early 30s, when I had more elasticity… I want to, but… I decided to be satisfied with the fact that the lines will become smoother and thinner as time goes by, and I'm going to relieve my resentment of the sleeveless shirts that I haven't been able to wear this summer.
