[Liposuction] Liposuction 3 year review

It's not much of a review, but since I live in a rural area, I only went to two places and did the rest over the phone, but since I was so fat, it cost a lot of extra money... I contacted 7 places, including footwork, so I just went to the one that offered the cheapest price, and the doctor and manager were both okay, so I was glad I did. It was an abdominal jaundice, and only the front flap was removed. For reference, I have a lot of visceral fat, so it was hard to expect great results, but it came out well! I have no regrets about the suction itself and I like the look, but I was disappointed that I had to do the heavy lifting and back panel for after-care. Even though I said I would just massage at home, it felt like my body was hardened. Still, even if I gain a little weight, I don't gain a lot in the front, and my pants are a decent size, so it's good. If you suffer from diarrhoea, if you want to recover to some extent, I think combining exercise will really help. After a year, I started exercising hard, and I saw that my stomach was definitely going down quickly, so I started exercising faster. I thought about doing it, but now I keep wanting to do other parts, so I end up going to the hospital again.
