Objectively speaking, the difference after the surgery is not dramatic because I have a lot of muscle, but I don't like arms that are too skinny in the first place, so I'm really satisfied!! You have to remove the tape every morning, but if you tear it off, it can cause damage. If you slightly moisten it with a wet tissue to loosen the adhesive, you can remove it with less pain!
