Is this bruising and swelling okay? How is it?
I've always been worried about my upper arm line while preparing for the wedding.
Since
I'm short and have short arms,
a top-style dress suits me better in terms of covering up my body shape.
While on the dress tour,
I was more concerned about my upper arms than my legs, and I felt that I needed to take care of them. I

tried to lose weight, but even though I lost weight overall,

upper arm circumference decreased by about 7-8 cm and

It's been about a month and a half now, but the slight swelling around my elbows will probably go away and get thinner if I go for aftercare a few more times? Aren't you happy because you lose an inch every time you go?
I couldn't even wear clothes or underwear because of the bruising and pain a week ago, so this is so so pretty and good?!
I'm looking forward to losing more!!
