I removed the inner thigh fat and riding fat and used Rams to remove the pelvic area. But is there that hip dip area? The part that goes deep into the pelvis like in my before photo? I filled it all in, the engraftment went well, and it's been about 3 months now!!!
The maintenance seems to be going really well and I really like it. I think I did the best job in my plastic surgery life...ㅠㅠ I was stressed my whole life, but now I can just wear jeans or skinny jeans and my lines look great and I'm completely satisfied!!! ! I really recommend this. Fat grafting with Pelvic Rams is the best!!!!
