[Blessed Nose] It's been 47 days since my nose surgery.. Is this facial paralysis?? (It looks like swelling.. It's getting better.)

It's just like the title. At the 30th day visit, the hospital said it was due to swelling and that it would get better over time, but I was worried, so I looked up to see if anyone had these symptoms. The eyes were snotty , and the nose was treated with silicone septum and ear cartilage. I did it as naturally as possible, and the result is also natural.. But when I move my mouth, only the upper right lip doesn't move. The picture is only when I pronounce ah-uh- . Is this due to swelling or facial paralysis? After ———- About 2 weeks have passed.
