[Arrow Nosw] Does the tip of your nose come down a lot?

I pulled out my nose tip so long that the tip of my nose is still pointy down. I can't even laugh and it looks like an arrow nose. Most of the comments say that the tip of my nose falls off, but if my nose falls, it's worse. Or really come down? What time is it usually?
