[Low Nose] Nose revision surgery

I had my first nose done with Gore-Tex at a local local plastic surgery clinic, but it was inflamed , so I took it out. I went to Seoul and went to a plastic surgery clinic because I had to do a revision nose surgery in a famous place. It looks like this ㅠㅠ I'm worried about why the inflammation is like this and whether I should do another surgery or if it should be done in DU or somewhere else (I called and the director who did the surgery doesn't exist anymore) Am I the only one who is this good at nasal inflammation?...
