The saddle nose was visible immediately after the surgery, and as the middle septum sank, the upper nasal bone became more prominent, resulting in a hooked nose. The hospital where I had the surgery said that they would wait one more week and that some people would come up later, and if it sank down, they would pad the hollowed-out part with septal cartilage. They say that I can do the procedure, but it doesn't give me any comfort and I don't trust it. They say that if I get a saddle nose, there will be more functional problems later and it will go down further. I want to have a septum reconstruction surgery in 6 months, so please give me a recommendation. Current thoughts ㅇㅊㅂ Is there anyone here who is doing it?
