I brought a photo of my review of surgery using only the nasal septum cartilage at the tip of my nose with a non-prosthetic implant.
It's too early to judge now, but I don't think there's much of a difference... I have a short nose, and if I use the ear cartilage, it would make my nose too up, so I only used the nasal septum. ㅠㅠ I have a short nose. They say the surgery is difficult, but it doesn't seem like there is much of a difference when you look at the surgery.
