Hello, I came here to write a review after receiving a lot of help from Seongyesa. First of all, I was careful not to put silicone in even though I have a small and low nose. I was very scared of the side effects of foreign bodies.
And my facial features were round, so I thought my pretty nose, like a straight mushroom, would not suit me anyway.
So I decided to only touch the tip of my nose and received a consultation.
When I get a consultation, most people recommend silicone + septal cartilage, and every time I see a review of a slimmer nose at Sungyesa, I'm tempted to go with silicone, but when I look at the picture of IU's nose, I make up my mind and think, 'I should just do something like this to slightly improve it.' ㅠㅠㅠ
Wherever I go, my requirements are the same. I said, ‘I don’t want to have implants. 'I want to improve the spread and bluntness of the tip of my nose with support, and even the bridge of the nose where it connects is made with cartilage.'
I had consultations at 4 places, and they all said that you have to put silicone in to get a pretty nose. If you only do the tip of the nose, it's like Pinocchio. It will look like only the tip of the nose has been stretched, etc. ㅜㅜ However, they said that there is only one place where you can tie the cartilage with the ear cartilage that is not open. I use an open nasal septum, so I want to make sure that it is repaired, so when I asked back, I was confident that it was not a complete nose change, but that it was raining to make the tip of the nose thin and sharp. He said it was possible with open ear cartilage. They said they didn't want to put silicone in, but they didn't recommend opening it and leaving a scar.
However, what I was dissatisfied with during the consultation process was that the actual consultation was long and the director only lasted about 2-3 minutes. Nevertheless, something appealed to me and made me believe in it. The director had a long experience and I liked the reviews and photos. The first consultation was very short, but what was good was that during the design consultation on the day of the surgery, he listened to my requests with great focus and told me that he would do his best to ensure that my nose was not too short and that the nose tip was blunt, and that he would do his best
on the day after the surgery. There wasn't much swelling and I didn't use compresses because it was a hassle, but after about a week or so, all the major swelling went away. After 4 days, I even had the splint removed and went to the interview. Haha, it just felt like my nose was a little bigger, but it wasn't weird. After 2 weeks, the stuffiness went away and I held my nose and moved it to the left and right. Movement is free and there is no foreign body sensation at all. Personally, when there was some swelling, I looked prettier because the overall height was higher, but I had to put silicone in to maintain it, so I'm satisfied with it now. I'm a
really worried person, and what I felt while going through rhinoplasty is that it's better to avoid places that offer one-size-fits-all surgery during consultations. I think, of course, there are different nose surgery methods, but it's not 'your nose is like this, so you can improve it like this and do this', but 'well, you can just straighten the septum at the tip of the nose and put silicone on it', which is a nose surgery that depends on the difference in angle at one end. I think it was a consultation that did not take the patient into consideration ㅠㅠㅎㅎ
Well... each person has different standards of beauty...^^! When you first do surgery, you want to do it naturally, but when it comes down to it, people are greedy. Even if it looks more obvious, they want to make it look prettier. And after a month, the nose looks sharper and prettier due to swelling. In my experience, if you wait for about 8 months, that is the shape of the nose you will have for several years... I was satisfied for about four to five months after the nose surgery, but the tip of my nose was too far away, so I had the surgery again this time.
[@YayFairy] Yes, that's right haha. My wish was just to improve the blunt front and make it slightly higher, so I'm satisfied. But I've heard a lot about ear cartilage sagging, so if it sags too much, I'm going to have it done again within a year.
