3rd year of nose surgery

Silicone 3mm with rhinitis surgery in otolaryngology. nasal septum cartilage. osteotomy. It was messy. After 3 years, the silicone line turns red, the tip of the nose starts to sag, and the tip of the nose starts to show, and I can only sigh when looking for a revision surgery.. I can't figure out how much the doctor must have sharpened it, so I wonder what to do if it's lumpy. They say it's better to do it at the hospital where they did it, but I'm looking into it because I don't want to do it at a place that made a nose like this.. ㅠㅠ
