Nose sensation after rhinoplasty

It's been two months since the nose surgery. How does it feel when you touch your nose? (I feel a little better now, but it hurts when I touch the tip of my nose.) Is there a way to check for inflammation other than just feeling it? Also, my nose tip is red, but the hospital said it's fine. If the hospital says it's fine, should I just believe them? The hospital where I had the surgery said that inflammation is unbearable because it's red and painful. Are all inflammations accompanied by pain, fever, and swelling? I want to go to another hospital to find out if it's inflammation, but I don't know if they look at such things even if it's not the hospital where I had the surgery. I really need your help.
