Nose fracture swelling?

I heard that they were doing an osteotomy for a curved nose + curved nose. I didn't put anything between my eyebrows and said that I really didn't like the eyebrows getting higher, so they said they didn't put it in, but my nose ended up being higher than I thought... I even trimmed the curved nose. If I make an osteotomy, will my nose actually get taller? Or will the swelling be significant because it's only been 2 weeks? Hmm, it doesn't look very swollen..ㅠ The nose looks too big.
