I had my first surgery with eye material + nose silicone nasal septum ear cartilage. Originally, it was short + protruding, so the main purpose was to hide the extension and the nostrils. I had a re-operation in a red area, covered with ear dermis, trimmed cartilage, and even lowered the nostrils. After taking the splint off , the nostrils went down and the nasal bridges were trimmed . .. I posted it on another cafe, but there are comments telling me to find out right away.. I raised my nose tip saying that the tip of my nose was also drooping, but I can't stand my nose... I showed the counselor a reddened picture on the phone and told me to do another surgery hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I'm just going to remove the silicone myself. I feel like my nose can't stand silicone.. 1mm or 3mm doesn't seem like it. It's just the tip of my nose in the first place.
