I have to have a second nose job...I can't help but sigh

3 years ago, I had my eyes and nose done at a hospital in Apgujeong. Last summer, a part of the tip of my nose turned red for about half a day and was fine, but after about a month, it turned red again and this repeated three or four times, and I haven't had any symptoms since. After that, I realized that the tip of my nose had sunk a bit, but I kept thinking about it... I should've gone to the hospital then.. About a month ago, when I was getting a pack, I felt my nose closely for the first time and I felt something sharp near the tip of my nose. I went to the hospital where I had the surgery, and they said that my nasal septum was a bit visible and protruding, but that I didn't need surgery.. I'm so anxious, I want to get it all removed ㅠㅠ But they said that if you remove the nasal septum, your nose will sink.. I wonder if this process will continue and get worse... ㅠㅠ I get stressed out every time I look in the mirror . I can feel the nasal septum on the tip of my nose, but it hasn't progressed any further. Is there anyone who's just observing?
