It's been two years... I've been suffering from a stuffy nose and more frequent rhinitis symptoms, and while I used to be confident in taking side-view photos and focused more on front-view photos, now I hate how I look in photos other than the side-view, so I'm afraid to take front-view photos. After the surgical cast was removed, I realized that the director had arbitrarily placed bone on the tip of my nose, which made my nose too big and asymmetrical, so I was supposed to have another surgery a year later, but I was busy and couldn't go, so I came back in less than two years. The revision surgery cost was much higher than the original surgery cost, and it was more expensive than the regular Apgujeong beak nose surgery cost. They talked to me in detail, trying to make it sound good, but I could n't believe it. And they wanted to make the tip of my nose into a shallow septum... If they knew it would sag anyway, I would hate them to death... I clearly asked them to do the cartilage bundling before the surgery to prevent sagging, and I asked them not to put anything on my nose because my nose tip was big and I was worried it would become a nose bridge... After the surgery, when they were disinfecting, the director said that they put the beak on the tip of my nose, and when I asked why, they said that it was because they thought it would sag... Now, the director who did the surgery didn't even mention that the nose bridge was cut wrong, and he said that I might have touched my nose because it was crooked... (It was a little crooked to begin with, but it was n't noticeable. So all the people who got their nose crooked because they got their nose cut crooked because they touched it...) My nose tip is originally asymmetrical. He kept making excuses, saying that he had told me in advance that it would sag (but he said he put in bone because he was worried it would sag...ㅠㅠ), but since it was the hospital where I had the surgery, I told him that I would think about it without getting angry since I could get it removed cheaply . The bridge of my nose was cut too much, so the middle bridge of my nose is almost gone~ It looks empty and has no image. The bridge of my nose is not straight and it came down too thinly, and then suddenly the tip of my nose sagged and became blunt. The tip of my nose wasn't sagging as much for a year, but after two years, my nose looks more sagging than before the surgery, and it looks like an arrow nose. The cartilage ligation on the right side was already slightly raised to the point where it wasn't noticeable if you looked closely, but that side went up even more... People said that the side of my nose looks big and sagging even though my nose was cut well, and that my nose tip looks big and sagging even from the side, and that my nose tip was big so it looked like Gargamel before, but now it looks like a bump... They said that the front view of my face was much better when my nose was tall and centered~ My nose bridge is thin, but my nose looks The tip is too big and droopy, so it looks old...ㅠㅠPeople I haven't seen in a long time say something is wrong... My face is out of harmony. They often say my face looks unnatural~~ Even my face looks distorted... It's obvious that I had a nose job... In short, my face has become so ugly that it's not obvious... Even though I took off my braces... What I'm most curious about right now is 1. I wish my nose bridge was thicker (like a normal person...) and that it went down straight from the forehead to the philtrum ... The angles are also different. The left side is a gentle mountain connected to the forehead, and the right side is a steep mountain... The area below it is bumpy... There are dents here and there, like valleys in a mountain. If it were possible, would I have to get bone cutting again? If you look at the X-ray, even before the surgery, the nasal bone was slightly crooked if you look closely, but it was still straight down from the center line between the eyebrows and the incision. But after the surgery, you can clearly see that the nasal bone is crooked in an S shape. The upper right part is pressed in... 1. It's been almost 2 years, but can the cartilage that was tied and the bone piece on top of the tip of the nose be removed? Because the blunt bridge of the nose looks bad. 2. And it was originally a closed surgery, but will the desired second surgery also be closed? For reference, the X-ray above and the nose next to it are before and after the surgery, 1 year later, and the rest are before and after the surgery, 2 years later.
