A scar inside the nose? A question like that~

It's been a little over 10 days since I had the surgery, but I did it openly~ There's swollen flesh in the part of the nostril where I pinched the stitches, and it's coming up. Will it go away on its own if I leave it alone? The open scar that is visible outside is just gently applying scar ointment... It doesn't show much, so it seems to disappear soon, but the flesh inside the nostril is too obvious... Looking at other people, they pour it this much on the picture taken right after the stitches are removed. There were very few people who had protruding weight... Please tell me if it will go away on its own if left alone or if I need to take medicine or apply ointment.
