346th day after nose surgery... My nose isn't even inflamed... it's just swollen;;

It's been 346 days since I had surgery with Sili+Ear Cartilage... My nose is partially swollen... It's like a mosquito bite... It's not red like an infection... It's the line next to where the silicone was inserted... A total of 3 times. If it swells like that in the evening, it clears up in the morning . It happens once every few months. Do I have to continue to feel anxious like this in the future? Isn't it inflammation? I don't know.. Yesterday in the morning it was so swollen and it quickly went down again.. What on earth is this?
