But…isn’t the tip of the nose supposed to be the nasal septum? I know that they build a pillar using the nasal septum and add ear cartilage, Madpore, or Alloderm on top of it. If you build the pillar with something other than the septum, it will fall down later. So, how do people who have a pig nose and soft nose even after rhinoplasty get the surgery? ?As far as I know, I heard that just tying the tip of your nose doesn't make it hard, but it doesn't make you have a pig's nose... And I feel a foreign body at the tip of my nose and it's a bit uncomfortable, but I used a nasal septum and it's not hard... It's somewhat soft and makes it easier to wash your face... Why is that? ?ㅠ.ㅠ..It didn't get that high, but maybe they just tied the cartilage instead of using a septum? I don't like the shape because it's flat and low. ㅠ.ㅠ;
